Enquiry privacy notice

Franklin Security & IT is a trading name of Home and Vision Limited. This notice explains how information sent through our enquiry form is handled.

What you share

The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, suburb or area and your message. These details help Simon understand and respond to your enquiry. You can call or email instead if you prefer.

How your enquiry is used

We use the information to contact you, discuss your property, prepare advice or a quote, and manage any work that follows. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Services that process your information

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you submit the form, your browser sends the details to Web3Forms, which processes the submission and sends an email to info@franklinsecurity.co.nz. Our email is hosted through iCloud. These providers may process information overseas and retain information or technical logs under their own policies.

Web3Forms may retain submissions in its service as well as delivering them by email. See the Web3Forms privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy and Apple privacy policy.

Keeping and correcting information

We keep enquiry information as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, and to meet relevant record-keeping requirements. For a question about your information, or to request access or a correction, contact Simon at info@franklinsecurity.co.nz or 021 826 029.
